The intention always comes from the heart and the aim is to help you feel safe, supported and calm, helping you to find clarity and inner confidence to move forward.
Alvina Menzies, Empowerment Coach is not a medical doctor, psychologist, psychiatrist or registered counsellor. This is a self regulated holistic treatment that is client centred and Alvina Menzies, Empowerment Coach is trained, qualified and insured in and has experience in consulting, coaching, therapy, Subconscious Healing Therapy® and Hypnotherapy.
Where you are taking any medication, you take full responsibility for ensuring that you have discussed suitability of any of the coaching or energy healing methods to be undertaken with Alvina Menzies, Empowerment Coach with your medical expert before booking any appointments.
You should not undertake hypnotherapy if you have psychosis or certain types of personality disorder, as it could make your condition worse.
You must be over 18 years of age for Subconscious Healing Therapy® & Inner Child Therapy.

Please use any information offered with discretion. You have free will and are in charge of your own decisions and life path. Readings are non-refundable so please make sure you are happy to proceed before placing your order.
Please note that when you purchase a reading, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions stated here and automatically verify that you are 18 years old or over.
eGift Card Terms & Conditions
1) Your eGift card will be valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
2) Your eGift card will be sent to you via email.
3) Please allow up to 24 hours for receipt of eGift cards.
4) eGift cards are non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash.
Product Returns Policy
Refunds
It is intended that you will be delighted with your products but there may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return an item. If so, the process will be as simple as possible. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
All returns will be dealt with as soon as practically possible.
Unwanted Products
The aim is to ensure that you are satisfied every time you place an order with alvinamenzies.com. If you are unhappy with an item when you receive it or if you simply change your mind please return it, unused, having taken reasonable care of it and complete with packaging and all components, for a full refund within 30 working days.
The refund will be made directly to the credit/charge card used to place the original order within 30 days or earlier once the returned item has been inspected and we are satisfied that it has been returned in the condition it was in when delivered to you.
You will only have to pay for the return postage of the Products.
Faulty Products
All products are selected and packaged as well as possible to ensure they arrive in good condition. However, if a product arrives damaged or with defects, or is not what you ordered, it may be replaced free of charge or a full refund provided as appropriate. Please email alvinamenziescoach@gmail.com in the first instance. This must be within 7 days of receipt.
You may be required to return the product to the postal address below within 30 days of receipt.
In these circumstances we may also pay you the cost of the return postage. Please obtain a proof of posting certificate from your Post Office to enable this process for your return postage costs if appropriate.

Returning Unwanted or Faulty Products
Please contact me by email alvinamenziescoach@gmail.com in the first instance if you wish to return products.
Items should be returned, where appropriate, via a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon receipt and return to: AlvinaMenzies.com Customer Returns, 15 Tarvit Drive, Cupar, Fife, KY15 5BG.
You will be responsible for the returned products until they reach this address.
