This training is in person in Cupar, Fife at 58 Bonnygate Coworking & Community Hub in The Ivy Room. This training in June will be split into 2 x 3hour sessions on Tuesday 13th & Wednesday 14th June. You should attend both days for maximum learning opportunity.

There are two levels of training being offered in order to reach as many individuals as possible to help them embody this approach to support their own mental health & wellbeing.

I’ve used this technique over and over to help me personally with my own mental health & wellbeing over the last 3 years since becoming a Practitioner and now a Trainer - I KNOW IT WORKS and I just want to share it as much as possible to help people across the world!

Level 1 training is ideal for Self Care and managing your own and your family’s mental health & wellbeing. 

What you will receive:

  • 6 hours accredited training*

  • Workbook & scripts to support your practice

* Accredited under IPHM by The Institute of Silent Counselling

The course price is set by The Institute Silent Counselling and is adhered to by all trainers of this modality.

Level 1 training is also a stepping stone to Level 2 where you can become a certified Practitioner, if this route appeals to you.
